Designed by Brooklyn-based designers Silva/Bradshaw, Quadro is a visually lightweight table designed as a composition of geometric shapes and sinuous curves.  The simple elegance of the final form hides a production process that demands the most exacting precision: flat cut and bent aluminum meets bevelled glass at a curving chamfer.

Nice, clean lines from this talented duo.  Available at Matter.

This installment of Design Milk’s Designer Desktops monthly desktop wallpaper series was inspired by Thomas Edison. It was created by talented typographer, designer, and developer Brandon Oxendine.

With its satisfying, bubble-like form and in-built filter, Karim Rashid’s new ‘Bobble’ water bottle offers an altogether more eco-friendly and stylish way to quench your thirst than the dreaded disposable bottle.

The clever, reusable device purifies the water through a carbon filter as you drink, removing nasty contaminants. Made from recycled plastic, it comes in a cheerful array of colours.
